a project on the often misunderstood fourth state of matter: Plasma. I felt it was under-represented and lacking sufficient educational teaching, especially for something so beautiful. In school, we're only taught about the first three, so this was a love letter to the fourth.
The project was to create three books on the same subject, so I created one book on pure plasma, one on neon signs which utilise plasma practically, and the third to conceptualise its seemingly complex exterior and stereotype, while retaining a simple appreciation for the natural and reoccurring natural process of plasma. I also included a poem to provide an educational element, while keeping to the aesthetic language of the piece.
